After a long underground journey through the ice of perennial glaciers, Surgiva’s water is sourced from a high-altitude spring surrounded by a pristine environment. It comes directly from the heart of the Adamello Brenta National Park, Trentino (Italy).
The park is the custodian of Surgiva’s purity, while the granite rocks where it flows determine its lightness. It’s pure flavor is a reflection of the immaculate landscape surrounding its spring.
With a dry residue of only 0.041 g/l, Surgiva is an extremely light water with a very low mineral and nitrate content and a neutral flavour, which does not alter the taste of the foods and wines that it accompanies. Thanks to this characteristic, it has been chosen as the official water of the Italian Sommeliers’ Association. Surgiva is also ideal for low-sodium diets and for children’s consumption.
Available in Vietnam since 2009, Surgiva is currently the choice of top hotels and restaurants throughout the country, and the rare mineral water in Vietnam with a very low sodium content.
